Forged Fabrics - Custom Business Apparel (Freelance)
At Forged Fabrics, the mission is to craft clothing that transcends functionality to become cherished heirlooms—pieces that tell your story with every stitch. As a freelance collaborator, I’ve contributed to creating truly one-of-a-kind shirts that embody this vision. Across industries, I specialize in designing patterns that help businesses express their unique stories through distinctive icons and thoughtfully curated color palettes, ensuring they stand out from the competition.

Hawaiin Shirt
The client requested two variations of a Hawaiian shirt design incorporating their logo. For the first variation, I designed two distinct sets of icons: one featuring tropical fauna and another inspired by domestic elements. Using these icons, I created a seamless pattern, aligning all elements around the client’s logo to achieve a cohesive design.
In the second variation, I integrated the logo more dynamically by extending the line beneath “Pipeline Services” to connect with a flower, further embedding the logo into the design itself.
Each variation was offered in two unique color options, resulting in a total of four designs. All four were approved by the client and successfully sent to production.
Pattern Assets
These assets were created using Adobe Illustrator, a tool specifically chosen for its ability to generate vector graphics. This ensures that the designs can be scaled up or down without any loss of quality or distortion, making them perfect for both digital and physical applications.
Color Palette
The colors for each pattern are initially defined in hexadecimal format. Before production, they are converted to Pantone Matching System (PMS) values to ensure color accuracy and consistency across all materials.
